Our Certified Training Team

Our team of facilitators are all Accountants and professionally qualified in various areas. It is our standard that all our facilitators are certified Microsoft Office Specialists. We pride ourselves to having a strong team in spreadsheet and Financial modeling training. Our team is led by our Managing Consultant who is a seasoned spreadsheet Training and Financial Modeling expert and author of two books on Advanced Excel;

Dan Karo Ezuzu

B.SC, MBA, M.SC, FCA, ACIB, ACTI, MOS

(Managing Consultant)

A graduate of Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Dan also holds an MBA degree specializing in Management and an M.SC in Financial Management from the Middlesex University, London. He is a certified Microsoft Office (Excel) Specialist (MOS)

Dan was the Head of Management Information Systems in the defunct Allstates Trust Bank and had his professional training at SIAO Partners where he managed financial due diligence assignments of several Nigerian banks during the banking consolidation era of 2005. He lead the Governance audit of Mtel and was a team manager for the NITEL governance audit review by the Bureau for public Enterprise (BPE) in 2005

He was also the Head of Financial Control and Admin at Diamond Pension Funds Custodian Ltd.
Dan has undergone several trainings on Excel and Financial Modeling. He is one of the few Nigerians who has undergone the famous American Wallstreet Prep Financial modeling and valuation course. He has been involved in Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling training to corporate and private participants in Nigeria as well as private under postgraduate students in the United Kingdom. . He is a Financial due diligence specialist and has a passion for financial reviews and spreadsheet analysis. He is a known trainer and facilitator on Advanced Excel and Financial modeling and the Author of the books “Advanced Excel Techniques”(2012) and “Advanced Excel for Data Analysis”(2016).

Isuwa .B. Dogo

Dr. Isuwa B. Dogo graduated from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1980, with B.Sc Second Class (Hons Upper Division in Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Finance. Dr. Dogo is a banker by profession who served as Kaduna State Commissioner of Commerce, Industry and Tourism from 1997 – 1999. He started his banking career with Chase Merchant Bank of Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Bank, New York U.S.A. He held various management positions at the Nigerian Bank for Commerce and Industry, Continental Merchant Bank Limited and Merchant Bank of Africa (Nigeria) Limited (an affiliate of Bank of America), where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager and Head of the Corporate and International Banking Divisions.

He trained at the prestigious Chase Merchant Institute of International Banking, New York, U.S.A, and qualified for the Global Credit Certification in 1985. He was also trained at the Institute for International Banking, Fidelity Bank, Philadelphia, USA, in all aspects of banking. Other trainings and courses attended by Dr. Dogo included but not limited to: International Housing Finance, Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, Export – Import Bank, Washington D.C, USA, The World Bank, Washington, D.C, USA, International Finance Corporation (IFC), USA, and several other international and local courses. He is an expert in Credit Analysis, Risk Management, Credit Administration, Credit Processing, Treasury and Foreign Operations, Mortgage Financing, Investment Banking, Leasing, Agricultural Financing, New Products Development. Dr. Dogo is on the board of several Nigerian companies.
